Packshotly provides an AI-powered product-photo editing service at packshotly.com. By using the service or purchasing image credits, you agree to these terms.
You may upload product images you own or are authorized to use. Packshotly uses SiliconFlow and the Qwen/Qwen-Image-Edit-2509 image-editing model to process a requested image. AI output may be inaccurate or unsuitable for a particular listing; review it before publishing.
Paid image credits are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Credits are provided after a successful payment and do not expire while the service remains available. Used credits are non-refundable. Unused credits may be refunded within 7 days of purchase, and duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded. Payment processing is handled by Waffo Pancake.
Do not use Packshotly to create or process unlawful, fraudulent, infringing, deceptive, sexually explicit or NSFW material, violence or gore, hateful or harassing content, child sexual abuse material or any content involving minors in sexualized contexts, deepfakes or impersonation of real people, or content that infringes copyrights, trademarks, or other rights. Do not interfere with the service or its safeguards. You remain responsible for your uploads and for how you use generated images.
We may refuse, remove, or block requests that violate these rules; restrict access to the service; and preserve relevant records where required by law. To report suspected misuse or rights infringement, email a864546640@qq.com with a description and supporting information. Reports are reviewed and handled in accordance with applicable law.
As between you and Packshotly, you retain rights in your uploaded content and may use generated output subject to applicable law and third-party rights. You grant us a limited license to process your uploads only to provide the service. We do not use your uploads to train our own AI models.
The service is provided as available, without guarantees that any particular result will be generated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Packshotly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant service in the preceding 12 months.
