This policy explains how Packshotly handles information when you use packshotly.com.
We process the product image you upload and the scene choice needed to create an image. Our service may also receive standard technical information such as IP address and request metadata for security, abuse prevention, and reliability.
We use uploaded images solely to provide the requested image-generation service, prevent abuse, troubleshoot failures, and maintain service security. We do not sell uploaded images or use them to train our own AI models.
Image processing is performed through SiliconFlow. Payment information is collected and processed by Waffo Pancake when you purchase credits; Packshotly does not receive or store full payment-card details. These providers process information under their own policies and as needed to provide their services.
Uploaded images are processed for the request. If you are signed in, completed generated images are stored privately so they can appear in your Image history and can be accessed only through your account session. Security and operational logs may be retained for a limited period as necessary to prevent abuse, resolve incidents, and meet legal obligations.
Do not upload personal, confidential, or sensitive images. You may contact us to ask questions about information associated with a request. Local laws may provide additional privacy rights.
